Glen introduces the new-look Darlo Drama Membership for 2025

Members' festival

Four times per year the Darlo Drama Members' Festival showcases a range of performances over a full weekend season of live theatre. Each quarter there are a series of members events and opportunities aimed at developing material for the festival seasons. Members are encouraged to embrace opportunities to create performances as writers, directors, actors, musicians, singers, presenters, comics. The festivals are a celebration of the creative energy and craft of our membership.

Write your own play with our writing for stage workshops
Explore the story creation process with play development sessions
Participate in directing workshops and take on the role of director for a festival piece
Enjoy our 50% repeaters rate and rehearse a monologue or scene for performance
Perform stand-up, spoken word or poetry
Explore physical theatre or performance art

Members' Committee

The Darlo Drama Members Committee is comprised of Darlo Drama Members elected to represent the interests of the membership. The committee advises on the ongoing development of member events, the curation of the quarterly Members Festival and to support and encourage participation and inclusion for all members.

Represent the Darlo Drama Members
Advocate for events, activities and benefits to all members
Manage the Darlo Drama Members Fund
Serve on a committee dedicated to the building and growth of the Darlo Drama Community
